Admission Procedure
Admissions are open for Std. V pass boys. The school reserves all rights regarding the decision of eligibility of a cadet for admission.
The procedure of admission in general is as under: –
Admission is open for boys to class VI every year. Students are also admitted to the higher classes depending on the vacancies.
Admission is open to all eligible male students irrespective of their caste, creed, religion and ethnic groups
Enrollment
Boys to be admitted to class VI should attain the age of 11 years on 15 July of the year of admission.
The condition of age will not be relaxed under any circumstances. The age limit for higher classes will be accordingly.
Entrance test along with physical and medical fitness test will be conducted at Gondia. The test will be purely based on V std. scholarship exam. i.e. 1) language, 2) maths, 3) intelligence test. The question paper will be in English / Hindi / Marathi.
The selection of the cadets depends on their performance in written exam, physical and medical fitness tests.
• Depending on the number of vacancies, successful candidates in the entrance exam will be admitted to the school strictly in order of merit and subject to their medical fitness. The admission to B C candidates are given strictly on the basis of prescribed reservation by the Government of Maharashtra.
The students from other States/Boards will have to submit leaving certificate duly countersigned by the Education Officer of the concerned district. The students will have to obtain clearance certificate from the Education Dept. / Board of the Maharashtra State.
The students admitted will have to pay the fees prescribed by the Govt. of Maharashtra along with the school fees.
• Decision of the admission committee shall be final and binding on the candidate.
Parent’s Co-Operation
Parents/Guardians are requested to cooperate with the school in maintaining discipline & inculcating diligence, initiative, upright behavior & courtesy among the students. This can be possible only if the parents strengthen our hands by: –
Attending promptly to the school circular & letters regarding payment of fees, vacations, and progress reports & complying with the instructions regarding extra attention to student’s studies during vacations.
Not asking for leave of absence for the students to attend functions at home. Leave of absence will not be normally granted to students during the term.
Equipping the students correctly with all the clothing requirements & other equipment.
Ensuring that the students rejoin the school on scheduled date.
Writing to them regularly & asking them to study well & maintain proper discipline in the school.
Not sending sweets & other eatables.
Observe the laid down days & timing & not visit the school on unauthorized days & timing as it causes a lot of inconvenience to the school administration.
Rules & Regulations
Withdrawal
The foundation of Military School is discipline. The school authorities have a right to withdraw the student in case he: –
Unable to maintain school discipline and his influence are considered harmful for the other students.
Fails in the same class. Leaves the school premises without proper permission.
Is caught during examination using unfair means.

Withdrawal of cadet is not permitted. In case parents still wish to withdraw their ward for any reason, written request is to be made at least one month in advance. In any case complete fees for the current year will be payable and security deposits and caution money will have to be forfeited in such cases for withdrawal upto XII standard.
If the student is admitted in the 5′ class he has to continue upto std 12* If he wants to withdraw from the school he has to pay Rs. 20000/- (for Open, OBC) or Rs. 10000/- (for BC or according to the rules implemented by the Government.
